Day after day, the Brandman librarians and assistant wait, staring at telephones or email in-boxes and hoping to hear the satisfying sound of a ringtone or see the pop-up that a new message has arrived that tells us that a Brandman student is reaching out to the best resource they will ever find. Sadly, the phones often remain silent and the inbox empty, taunting us when we know that there are students out there who need our help.
